Lizzy's Aperol Infused Cherry Jam

Jam with a twist! 

SERVING SIZE 

2 servings


EQUIPMENT 

Medium Sauce Pan, Microplane or Zester, 12oz heat proof jar

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 heaping cups of pitted, fresh cherries
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of Aperol
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of rainbow peppercorns (TRUST!)


METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into your saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium low, stirring often, until the mixture reduces by half (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.
  3. Pour mixture into a clean jar and let cool. Once cooled, store in the fridge.

OLIVE YOU Tini & Toast (21+)

SERVING SIZE 

2 servings


EQUIPMENT 

Cocktail Shaker, Jigger, Beverage Strainer

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 oz gin or vodka
  • 3 oz dry vermouth
  • Dash of olive juice
  • Ice
  • Olive Oil
  • Super Bloom Bakery's Olive Loaf 


METHOD

  1. Pour 3 oz of gin or vodka and 3 oz of dry vermouth into your cocktail shaker. 
  2. Add ice and shake!
  3. Strain into martini glasses and add a dash of olive juice.
  4. Garnish with olives.
  5. Serve alongside toasted slices of Super Bloom Bakery's Olive Loaf, a bowl of olives and a side of your favorite olive oil.
