Save $10 by getting four loaves! Big, gorgeous, and gluten-free. All our loaves weigh 2 lbs (twice the size of loaves in the market), are packed with prebiotics for gut health, and taste impressive. We like to cut it thicker near the ends of the loaf and use it for sandwiches and thinner near the middle for toast.
Choose your four loaf combination from three different styles: Sourdough, Olive and Sweet Loaf.
Sourdough: Plain: Millet, Rice, Tapioca, Potato Starch, Psyllium Husk, Salt and Raisin Juice Concentrate.
Olive: Millet, Rice, Tapioca, Potato Starch, Psyllium Husk, Rosemary, Green Olives, Salt and Raisin Juice Concentrate.
Sweet Loaf: Millet, Rice, Tapioca, Potato Starch, Psyllium Husk, Active Dry Yeast, Salt and Raisin Juice Concentrate.
Love the sourdough and olive bread. great quality.
The good: The bread is great. The loaves are a little flat, but the flavor and texture are terrific. Since going gluten-free, it's the closest I've found to my mom's thick, homemade whole wheat bread. I'm back for a second order.
The bad: Well, aside from the extraordinary pricing, the communication from the bakery to people who have placed orders is nonexistent. As a new customer, there was nothing on the website or during the check-out process that indicated there would be a delay. And boy, was there a delay! Ordered on July 22nd and received on September 7--yikes.
Shortly after placing the order, I found an old social media post stating that the company was going to bake bread every other week to be more sustainable. Great idea, but I wish I would have known that when I ordered. A month went by and still nothing. I reached out by email. Nothing. Social media, nothing. About two weeks later, I finally had a response to the social media plea, which stated they had some kind of baking disaster. Okay, but it was a complete non-apology and they suggested I sign up for their newsletter. Why do I have to sign up for a newsletter to get updates about my order? Why not reach out to people who have actually paid for an order and are wondering where it is? It seems so simple.... When I responded to someone else's complaint on social media, I got another non-apology from the owner. The whole experience was just awful.
So, 4.5 stars for the bread and -10 stars…
This last shipment seems to find the loaves holding together more consistently. Until now there has been a "shell" of crust that simply came away from the rest of the loaf, as well as smaller bits; leaving a rather small intact loaf that was able to be cut in slices that were "toastable". As Super Bloom and we also know, the bread does need to be toasted to be at its best. In an ordinary toaster it would be nearly inpossible to get the remaining slice out intact. Fortunately we have a toaster oven and can use tongs to carefully remove the slice and hope it will remain in one piece.
These new loaves only lose a small bit at the corners - they even are able to hang on to the main piece with careful handling ;) So thank you for this major improvement!
How about adding "delicious" to the choices of why we love this bread??
Love my Super Bloom bread! Had to wait for it, but so happy to have it once again. Thank you!
This time the bread seemed a little different than previous. Additionally, I have a subscription for the 4 loaf box but it took 3-4 months for me to receive it this time, having to request an order update twice. I really hope this was a fluke and that my next order is back on track with how it used to be.
