Even though the Oxford definition of intersectionality calls our differences subject to systems of discrimination and disadvantage, we see them as what sets us apart and defines us as a community. Our team is filipino, korean, japanese, chinese, queer, immigrant, celiac, vegan, and more. The point is, all of these social categories are what define who we are. Our goal is to continue to grow our community and bring everyone together around the table.
How? With bread of course! Our bread is the bridge between healthful and delicious. Sitting at the intersection of nutritious, allergen free and crave inducing are our gorgeous handmade loaves. We chose the finest ingredients and made sure everyone can and will eat at a Super Bloom-ed dinner party. Our bread is loved by gluten free gurus and gluten stans, vegans and omnivores. In fact, on our team we’ve those intersections represented.
