I slice my bread immediately upon arrival and freeze 3/4 of it. The other 1/4 I store in the fridge. Toast a piece as needed. It’s by far the best GF bread I have ever tasted and I’m grateful to have found it.
This bread is so delicious, when I go out at restaurants, I usually opt out of the bread option just knowing I have this at home. My favorite is the sourdough, because not only is it yummy; it feels so good in my tummy. This is the most gentle food I have found (besides maybe a banana) for my sensitive digestion. You can tell it’s made with love.

I love the single loaves!! I’m a slow bread eater so one is usually enough, I go through all the varieties one at a time and slice and freeze. Thanks for bringing it back, Super Bloom.
