Aperol Infused Cherry Jam
Jam with a twist!

EQUIPMENT
Medium Sauce Pan, Microplane or Zester, 12oz heat proof jar
INGREDIENTS
- 2 heaping cups of pitted, fresh cherries
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of Aperol
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of rainbow peppercorns (TRUST!)
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients into your saucepan.
- Cook on medium low, stirring often, until the mixture reduces by half (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.
- Pour mixture into a clean jar and let cool. Once cooled, store in the fridge.
