Aperol Infused Cherry Jam

Jam with a twist! 


2 servings


Medium Sauce Pan, Microplane or Zester, 12oz heat proof jar


  • 2 heaping cups of pitted, fresh cherries
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of Aperol
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of rainbow peppercorns (TRUST!)


  1. Combine all ingredients into your saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium low, stirring often, until the mixture reduces by half (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.
  3. Pour mixture into a clean jar and let cool. Once cooled, store in the fridge.
